EximBank goes up two positions in Top 100 Best Companies in Romania
Bucharest, November 29th, 2021 – Estimated at a value of 296 million Euro, EximBank went up by 2 positions to the 96th place, at this year’s edition of “Top 100 Best Companies in Romania”, organized by “Ziarul Financiar”, the leader in Romanian business information, in partnership with the investment house BT Capital Partner and with the evaluation and consultancy company, Veridio.
“Through a growth of 26% in the last year, EximBank goes up by 2 positions in the ranking”, say the experts. They mention that in “January 2020, EximBank finalized the acquisition of “Banca Romaneasca” and started integrating it in the EximBank Group. At December 31st, 2020, EximBank Group included the Export – Import Bank of Romania EximBank, the Insurance Company EximAsig and Banca Romaneasca.
The best 100 companies in Romania in 2021 are valued at over 585 billion Lei (120 billion Euro), a maximum record level. The value of top 100 companies in Romania grew by 49%, in a year market by the COVID-19 pandemic who had a negative impact on some businesses but a positive on others.
