Counter guarantee in the name and on the account of the state
Exim Banca Romaneasca guarantees maximum 80% of the letters of bank guarantee (SGB) to be issued by commercial banks for project meant to assure the development of infrastructure, of public interest, regional development, support of research-development activity, environmental protection, staff occupation and training, SMEs development, as well as of international transactions.
Characteristics
- Secured are letters of bank guarantee for auctions participation, downpayment return, good performance, etc. other types of SGB requested by domestic and export contracts;
- Validity period: matched to that of the letter of bank guarantee;
- Currency: matched to that of the letter of bank guarantee.
Beneficiaries
- Issuing banks of the letters of bank guarantees granted to the Romanian business of public and private right.
