{"id":2850,"date":"2020-10-07T18:04:40","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T16:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/?page_id=2850"},"modified":"2022-11-24T11:47:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T09:47:07","slug":"guarantees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/official-program-for-large-companies\/guarantees\/","title":{"rendered":"Guarantees"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries:<\/strong> Large companies and SMEs with a 20 million lei turnover in 2019 that were not in difficulty stage at December 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maximum guaranteed credit value<\/strong> (not cumulative)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 x total salaries expenses in 2019 or latest available year (including taxes)<\/li><li>25% of the 2019 turnover<\/li><li>Estimated value that covers liquidity needs for 12 months since granting the facility (large companies) or 18 months (SME) &#8211; in exceptional cases<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guarantees cover<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>90% &#8211; new loans<\/li><li>50% &#8211; existing loans<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Application deadline &#8211; 30.04.2022, signing of contracts \u2013 30.06.2022 the latest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cumulative eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Legal persons organized as per Law 31\/1990<\/li><li>Beneficiaries are not subject to state aid recovery or the respective decisions have been implemented<\/li><li>There are no foreclosure, operational closure, dissolution, liquidation or special administration open procedures on the beneficiary<\/li><li>Beneficiary is not subject to requests for opening legal procedure for collective insolvency or insolvency<\/li><li>There are no outstanding debts towards the state budget that are not settled<\/li><li>Beneficiary is not part of a legal action of any kind involving the Ministry of Public Finance* or EximBank<\/li><li>Beneficiaries have not major payment incidents (cheques and payment orders) <strong>starting 01.12.2019 <\/strong>as per the Payment Incidents data base (considered fulfilled if payment incidents occurred after 16.03.2020 and are induced by COVID -19 outbreak)<\/li><li> Beneficiaries <strong>have class A, B or C debt service since 01.12.2019<\/strong> as per Central Credit Register (if debt class is different than A,B,C the criteria is considered fulfilled if debts occurred after 16.03.2020 and are induced by COVID -19 outbreak) <\/li><li>Have no open litigation with EximBank<\/li><li>Are not defendants in legal courts proceedings with Ministry of Public Finance including the National Fiscal Administration (ANAF)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*<em>The eligibility condition regarding the litigations with Ministry of Public Finance\/ ANAF relates to litigations of any type, registered in courts, initiated by Ministry of Public Finance\/ ANAF, regardless of the procedural phase of the litigation at the date of Guarantee application.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Available products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Norma-Garantii_30.06.2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Guarantees for new loans<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Norma-Garantii_30.06.2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong> Guarantees for existing loans (top-up) <\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For additional information or in case you fulfill the cumulative eligibility criteria and need to apply for the program, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:suport.companii@eximbank.ro\">suport.companii@eximbank.ro<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beneficiaries: Large companies and SMEs with a 20 million lei turnover in 2019 that were not in difficulty stage at December 31, 2019.
