(BVB: ALR, &#8220;The Company&#8221; or &#8220;ALRO&#8221;), one of the largest aluminium producers in Europe measured by production capacity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The banks syndicate included Exim Banca Romaneasca, BCR, OTP Bank Romania, CEC Bank, UniCredit Bank, Alpha Bank Romania and Banca Transilvania, was legally advised by Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen and White &amp; Case, while ALRO was legally counselled by Simmons &amp; Simmons and Zamfirescu Raco\u021bi Vasile &amp; Partners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/alro-690x401-2\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16099\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/alro-690x401-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"819\" height=\"476\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/alro-690x401-1.png 690w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/alro-690x401-1-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cALRO continued to activate in a very challenging economic environment, characterised by high input costs and a lower demand for some aluminium products.
