Bucharest, December 10, 2014 – EximBank has granted to Romelectro SA, one of the top contractors in power engineering a multi product financing level amounting at 54 Million Lei, to be used for executing a contract concluded with Transelectrica.<\/p>\n
The facility offered by the bank includes a financing component \u2013 covering the temporary need for cash and a guarantee component \u2013 letters of banking guarantee for good execution and advance payments reimbursement that Romelectro needed for implementing the project of remaking the technological profile of an electric transformer station belonging to Transelectrica.<\/p>\n

Romelectro has won the the bid organized by Transelectrica for the project of remaking the technological profile of the electric transformer station400\/220\/110\/20 kV Bradu, one of the important points in the Electro energetic National System ensuring the connections and power transit between the electrical excedentary areas (Muntenia and Oltenia) and the deficiently areas in Transylvania. The four years contract value amounts at more than 29 Million Euro.<\/p>\n

Now, by partnering up with EximBank we can talk about 100% Romanian project all the three entities involved in the project being fully financed by Romanian capital.
