Credits to finance the working capital or the investments benefitting of state guarantees.<\/strong><\/p>\n Characteristics<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n – up to RON 5 million for current activity<\/p>\n – up to ROM 10 million for investments<\/p>\n – up to 36 months for current activity<\/p>\n – up to 72 months for investments<\/p>\n Advantages<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 State guarantees up to 90% of the credit value;<\/p>\n \u2013 Subsidized interests for the first 12 months (except the beneficiaries of AGRO SME INVEST components from primary agriculture, aquaculture and fishery).<\/p>\n Components of SME PLUS program<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The IMM PLUS<\/strong> component is dedicated to supporting small and medium enterprises and small enterprises with medium market capitalization, including start-ups, from all sectors\/fields of activity with the exception of those included in the other components, respectively AGRO PLUS, IMM PROD PLUS, CONSTRUCT PLUS , RURAL PLUS, INNOVATION PLUS.<\/p>\n The AGRO PLUS<\/strong>\u00a0component <\/strong>\u00a0is dedicated to small and medium size enterprises and to small enterprises with capitalization on the average market, including the professionals in agriculture, fishery, aquaculture and food sector.<\/p>\n The SME PROD PLUS<\/strong>\u00a0component<\/strong> aims at granting governmental guarantees requested to secure the liquidities and to finance investments by SMEs, including start-ups from urban area operating in production sectors.<\/p>\n The CONSTRUCT<\/strong> PLUS component<\/strong> aims\u00a0to support financing needs for improving energy efficiency, making investments in the field of green energy and aligning with the environmental objectives implemented by SMEs and small enterprises with medium market capitalization in the construction sector, including start-ups .<\/p>\n The INNOVATION<\/strong> PLUS component<\/strong> aims at granting governmental guarantees for the Romanian innovative campaigns and\/or which promote their products and services dedicated to export.<\/p>\n The RURAL PLUS <\/strong>component<\/strong> aims at granting state securing facilities, in a transparent and undiscriminating way for investment credits and the credits for working capital granted to farmers, small and medium size enterprises, as well as to large companies from agriculture, fishery, aquaculture and food sector.<\/p>\n Costs for all components:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n ROBOR 3M + 1.9%\u00a0 for working capital<\/p>\n ROBOR 3M + 1.5% for investment loans<\/p>\n The commissions related to subsidized state guarantees for the whole credit period are.<\/p>\n \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Credits to finance the working capital or the investments benefitting of state guarantees.
