During the last\nfour years we have focused on the expanding and refining our offer of\ncomplementary products to financing and our performance on export factoring segment\ncomes to support the correctness of the principles we base our strategic\nthinking on and is so relevant to us as we have managed to come first between\nhigh profile competitors that represent top banks on the local financial\nranking.\u201d, said Traian Halalai, Executive President of EximBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eximbank.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/factoring-690x508.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2665\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/factoring-690x508.jpg 690w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/factoring-300x221.jpg 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/factoring.jpg 713w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last year, EximBank\u2019s clients have been interested mostly in factoring\nwithout recourse (bot internal and external) that has the main advantage of\ncovering the non-payment risk, factoring with recourse coming second in their options.&nbsp; In terms of clients\u2019 profiling, the flexible\noffer and its advantages as well as the fast track in processing demands have\nattracted companies both from corporate and small and medium enterprises\nsegments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bank\u2019s constant focus on offering financial solutions tailored both\nto corporate practices but mostly to the clients\u2019 needs has translated in\nexpanding the portfolio: starting from this year, EximBank has approached the\nmarket with an offer that integrates the reverse factoring and the export factoring\nwith an insurance policy issued in the name and on the account of the Romanian\nState.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through reverse factoring EximBank supports the efficient relationship\nbetween the debtor and its suppliers, getting longer payment terms whilst the\nsuppliers benefit from financing&nbsp; &nbsp;before due term of the invoices based on the\nacceptance of payments, thus reducing the risk of payments\u2019 default. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The export &nbsp;factoring&nbsp; with an insurance policy issued in the name\nand on the account of the Romanian State allows the bank to expand the\naddressability towards those companies involved in high risk international\ntransactions thus offering to Romanian exporters a new instrument&nbsp; that contribute to increasing their comfort\nlevel in doing business with foreign partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EximBank has been actively involved in\nsupporting the Romanian business environment by endorsing local companies\u2019\nprojects through a competitive portfolio of treasury, cash management,\ntrade finance and factoring products that add-up to the financing and\nguarantees pillars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2018, the bank has registered a\nconsistent increase of exposures, high quality assets and increase of the\nmarket share on corporate segment financing, as well as record profits.
