The new facility will support the company&#8217;s next stage of development, expanding access to operational leasing for SMEs and launching products dedicated to individual customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The facility refinances the 110 million euro syndicated loan contracted by the company last year and increases MOOV&#8217;s financing capacity by more than 70%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The transaction was coordinated by UniCredit Bank, Banca Transilvania and Raiffeisen Bank, acting as Global Coordinators, Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLAs) and Co-Documentation Agents alongside ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam \u2013 Bucharest Branch\u00a0and\u00a0Exim Banca Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers. As part of the transaction, UniCredit SpA also acted as ESG Coordinator, Banca Transilvania as Facility Agent, and Raiffeisen Bank as Security Agent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sustain LCM Finance, founded by Gra\u021bia Annamaria Popescu, assisted MOOV in structuring and coordinating this syndicated financing, which also includes a sustainability-linked feature (SLL), providing specialized debt syndication advisory services throughout the entire syndication process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Legal advice on the transaction was provided by Filip &amp; Company, for the lenders&#8217; consortium, and by Stoica, Popa &amp; Asocia\u021bii, for MOOV.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Moov.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31878\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Moov.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Moov.jpg 960w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Moov-300x169.jpg 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Moov-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The facility is structured as a Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL), a mechanism through which certain financing terms are linked to the achievement of environmental and social sustainability targets undertaken by the company. This structure reflects MOOV&#8217;s commitment to integrating ESG principles into its business development and to building a responsible growth model aligned with European best practices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new facility will enable the company to accelerate the implementation of its growth strategy along three main directions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Accelerating SME financing by expanding access to modern and flexible mobility solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Launching operational leasing for individuals, offering retail customers a simple and predictable alternative to traditional car purchasing;<\/li>\n<li>Expanding the partner ecosystem by developing collaboration with importers and national car dealer networks, diversifying the offering available through the MOOV platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through this financing, the company is strengthening its capacity to respond to a market undergoing accelerated transformation, in which mobility is increasingly seen as a service, and vehicle usage is gaining ground over vehicle ownership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mircea Dihel and Bogdan Speteanu, founders of MOOV Leasing:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;The signing of this syndicated facility marks another important milestone in MOOV&#8217;s development. Increasing the financing ceiling from EUR 110 million to EUR 187 million confirms the confidence our banking partners place in our business model, execution capability, and the results we have achieved in recent years. The new facility gives us the resources needed to continue the accelerated development of the SME segment, as well as to take a natural step toward operational leasing for individuals. We aim to make access to mobility simpler, more transparent, and fully digital, offering customers a modern alternative to traditional car purchasing. At the same time, we will continue expanding our national partner network and developing the technology platform that underpins our business model.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Founded in 2022, MOOV is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Romanian operational leasing and mobility services market.
