Bucharest, June 10, 2013 \u2013 EximBank continues to develop its territorial network by opening another two agencies in Pitesti and Ploiesti, facilitating the access to bank\u2019s products and services structured on the three business pillars \u2013 financing, guarantees and insurance – for the companies located in Arges, Valcea, Prahova and Dambovita counties. <\/p>\n

\u201dThe two units will service areas that due to their development dynamics and economic activities diversity require a stronger presence of EximBank. On one hand there is Arges County, ranking number 6 on national level in terms of economic power and on the other hand there is Prahova County which by definition has an industrial background. We are convinced that by opening the two agencies EximBank will be able to answer faster to the local business communities requests and will increase the satisfaction level among its clients, especially considering the fact that up until now the clients coming from these areas were serviced by the Bucharest Branch.\u201d, declared Traian Halalai, President of EximBank.<\/p>\n

The agency in Pitesti is located on Republicii, Bl. 6DA, Ground Floor, (pitesti@eximbank.ro), and the one in Ploiesti is placed on Gheorghe Doja Boulevard, no. 30 (ploiesti@eximbank.ro). The opening of these new agencies follows the last month launching of a new unit in Galati.<\/p>\n

\u201dWe decided to follow the pattern we used in Galati agency also for Pitesti and Ploiesti, hiring a small number of employees (maximum three), no back office services and appealing to direct sales methods at companies\u2019 headquarters. We are reaching the whole local business community and this is the reason we are addressing any type of company SME or big companies, exporters or active only on internal market. We intend to continue increasing efficiency of our local representation and we are planning to open another two EximBank units as soon as possible.\u201d added Traian Halalai.<\/p>\n

The agencies in Pitesti and Ploiesti add on to the 13 units\u2019 network of EximBank located in Bucharest, Bacau, Brasov, Buzau, Cluj, Constanta, Craiova, Deva, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Timisoara and Sibiu.<\/p>\n
