Bucharest, November 04, 2019<\/strong> – EximBank and Arsat Group from Arad \n– one of the most important Romanian capital exporters have concluded\nthis year several financing agreements reaching a total amount of  52 Million lei (appx. 11 Million Euro) aiming\nat supporting the business development of the group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arsat is active in the industrial\nfield as one of the largest manufacturers of aerospace industry components in\nSouthern Eastern Europe, in agriculture \u2013 producing cereals and fruits – and in\nenergy \u2013 producing energy from renewable sources.  The projects financed by EximBank focus on\ndiversification and development of the industrial business by integrating a new\nproduction facility for electric scooters as well as in agriculture by\nextending the fruit growing activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201dThis cooperation is entirely\nspecial for us because it involves a partner that may stand for a real family\nbusiness model at any time. Starting in the golden era of Romanian\nentrepreneurship \u2013 1991, Arsat is now proving that good ideas may turn to\nprofitable business anytime and a small manufacturer of satellite dishes \u2013 as\nit was at the beginning- may become in time a significant regional player.\nRomania needs such models that confirm the development potential of its economy;\nthe fact that Arsat has chosen EximBank as financial partner comes to pinpoint\nonce again that the bank understands and easily adapts to its clients\u2019 needs\nbeing a real resource for the companies that implement projects for their\nsustainable development as well as for the entire economy\u201d, said Traian\nHalalai, Executive President of EximBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The agreement between the two parties aims\nsupporting the implementation of projects funded by European Union, as Arsat\nGroup is a leader of structural funds absorption. The company has a proven\nrecord of almost 40 projects implemented along the years reaching an aggregated\nvalue of almost 44 Million Euro, targeted mainly at technology acquisitions in\norder to increase the company\u2019s competitive level on Romanian and international\nmarkets.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
