They mention that in \u201cJanuary 2020, EximBank finalized the acquisition of \u201cBanca Romaneasca\u201d and started integrating it in the EximBank Group. At December 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2020, EximBank Group included the Export \u2013 Import Bank of Romania EximBank, the Insurance Company EximAsig and Banca Romaneasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best 100 companies in Romania in 2021 are valued at over\n585 billion Lei (120 billion Euro), a maximum record level.
