Awards for Lending Growth and Profit Increase

The financial performance of Exim Banca Românească in 2025 was recognized at the “Bancheri de Top” Gala, organized by Piața Financiară magazine, with the bank receiving awards for lending growth and the absolute increase in profit, in the category of banks with up to a 5% market share by assets.

2025 was an important year for Exim Banca Românească—marked by solid results, consolidation, and preparation for a new phase of growth.

In a complex environment shaped by intense competition, volatility, and cost pressures, the bank maintained a healthy balance between growth, profitability, and prudence, strengthening its position in key business segments.

The 2025 results speak for themselves: the bank’s net profit increased by 90%, reaching RON 139 million, while total assets exceeded RON 29.4 billion.

In terms of lending, Exim Banca Românească assumed a clear role: to support the economy and contribute to the well-being of Romanians. The bank financed companies, supported investments and entrepreneurship, and at the same time helped individuals turn their personal plans into achievements.

Lending recorded strong growth in both segments: in corporate, through financing investment projects and supporting SMEs, including via partnerships with European institutions; and in retail, through a very strong performance in mortgage and consumer loans, with a direct impact on customers’ lives.
