Exim Banca Romaneasca continues to reduce interest rates on mortgage loans
Exim Banca Romaneasca continues to lower the fixed interest rate for mortgage loans, with the new offer ensuring protection against interest rate fluctuations and lower costs for applicants who receive their income through the bank.
Thus, individuals can access mortgage loans with a fixed interest rate decreasing to 5.2% for the first 3 years, both for purchasing homes and refinancing real estate loans. At the end of the three-year period, the interest rate will become variable, namely 2.3% + IRCC.
The loan period is up to 35 years, and the minimum down payment is 15% of the purchase price. The bank does not charge a monthly administration fee and accepts multiple types of income (salaries, pensions, income from liberal professions, copyright royalties, rental income, etc.).
For reference, for a loan of 250,000 lei over 30 years, with income deposited at Exim Banca Românească, the monthly installment is 1,372.78 lei, fixed for the first 36 months, then 1,794.38 lei (calculated at an IRCC value of 5.66% per year), with an Annual Percentage Rate (DAE) of 7.78%. The DAE includes the file analysis fee, the administration fee for the credit repayment account, registration with the National Register of Movable Publicity, the cost of evaluating the mortgaged property, and home insurance costs (mandatory PAD insurance and optional home insurance).
