More Premium Benefits for Exim Banca Romaneasca Cardholders: Extended Free Access to Airport Lounges
Exim Banca Romaneasca continues to invest in the comfort and premium experience of its cardholders by increasing the number of free entries to Mastercard lounges in airports and extending the validity period of these benefits.
Starting this month, the bank has increased the number of free entries to airport lounges in Romania and the lounge at Vienna Airport for Mastercard Gold cardholders, who will now benefit from three free entries per year.
To access this benefit, cardholders must make and settle card transactions totaling at least 1,000 lei in physical or online stores within the last 30 days and no more than 96 hours before accessing the lounge. This benefit is valid until the end of the year.
For holders of Mastercard World and Mastercard Business Premium cards, the bank has extended the period of unlimited free access to lounges in Romania and Vienna until the end of the year. The same condition applies: card transactions of at least 1,000 lei must be made and settled within the last 30 days and no more than 96 hours before requesting access.
Earlier this year, Exim Banca Romaneasca reduced the minimum transaction value required to access this benefit. For Mastercard Gold debit cardholders, the minimum transaction value was reduced from 4,500 lei to 1,000 lei. For Mastercard World and Mastercard Business Premium debit cardholders, the threshold was lowered from 7,000 lei to 1,000 lei, and the number of entries became unlimited, compared to the previous limit of 3 per year.
