Characteristics

  • Targeted at young people aged 14 (completed) – 22 (not yet completed)
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals;
  • Payment and transfers (interbank and intrabank);
  • Currency exchanges;
  • Term deposits creation and liquidation;
  • Payments at national and international POS;
  • Cash withdrawals at ATMs and MFM machines domestically and abroad;
  • Cash deposits in the bank’s ATM and MFM network;
  • Payments via phone using Google Pay and Apple Pay;
  • Account balances are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund in Romania’s banking system, up to a limit of 100,000 EUR equivalent in RON per depositor.

Benefits

0 RON for:

  • Debit card administration for Mastercard Standard;
  • Cash withdrawals at Exim Banca Românească ATMs (with the card included in the package);
  • Cash withdrawals at other national banks’ ATMs (with the card included in the package);
  • Subscription for the SMS Alert service*;
  • Subscription for the Internet Banking/Mobile Banking service*;
  • Intrabank payments in RON, made via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking services;
  • Interbank collection fee in RON.

For the remaining operations carried out through the current account included in the Package, which are not free or discounted in the Package, the Fee List for individuals applies.

Transactional limits**, using the debit Mastercard Standard:   

Daily maximum cash withdrawal amount at ATM National: 5.000 RON
International: 1.500 EURO
Weekly maximum cash withdrawal amount at ATM National: 14.000 RON
International: 4.200 EURO
Monthly maximum cash withdrawal amount at ATM National: 56.000 RON
International: 16.800 EURO
Maximum cash withdrawal amount at POS Within the available balance
Maximum cash withdrawal amount at POS merchants per transaction In accordance with Law no. 191/2018
Maximum daily amount for online transactions (e-commerce) National: 10,000 RON

International: 2,000 EURO
Maximum amount for purchases at POS Within the available balance

** The transaction limits can be modified by the account holder by completing the card issuance request or through a subsequent request.

Administration fee

  • 0 RON if the following conditions are met, cumulatively:

– A monthly credit turnover of over 250 RON is recorded in the current account included in the Package;

– At least one transaction with the debit card held in the Package is made at merchants and settled in the reference month.

  • 10 RON/ month if the specific conditions are not met.
