• valid for 5 years;

• with the Standard Mastercard Contactless card you pay easily and quickly at the POS, by bringing the card closer to the Contactless reader; small value payments do not have to be confirmed by typing the PIN code;

• when using the card, by setting the PIN password and activating the card at any of the bank’s ATM.

SAFETY

• your card is automatically enrolled in Mastercard SecureCode™ service so that you can pay safely online. For increased security, download for free from Google Play or App Store the EximPay application of biometrical authentication, through which you can authorize transactions on the Internet. Consult the use manual here. If you do not have a mobile number registered in the bank’s systems, contact Cards Assistance Service to update the information!
• the optional SMS Alert service: by activating it you receive in real time, on your mobile phone, information about the transactions you authorized (shopping and cash withdrawals by card);

PROMPTITUDE

• if you are abroad and you can no longer use the card (it is lost/stolen/damaged), we are here for you by offering emergency services:
  – emergency cash release:  we quickly make available to you a cash amount (minimum USD 100);
  – virtual payment: ensuring a single cardless payment; in this way you can pay in pressing situations: hotel services, restaurant meals, rented car, medical services;
  – report of lost/stolen card: call and announce the lost/stolen card to be blocked; in this way you will not be held accountable for the possible unauthorized transactions performed with the respective card;
