Eligibility criteria
You can apply for a credit if:
- You are a Romanian citizen residing in Romania and earning income in Romania (or income from activities carried out as a seafarer and/or from other hierarchical categories within the same type of activity);
- You are between 24 and 70 years old (at the end of the credit period);
- Minimum monthly income of 1,600 lei / 2,400 lei per family.
Several types of income are accepted: salaries, pensions, income from freelancing, income from copyrights, etc. To find details about the types of accepted income, approach a sales consultant in our units.
Interests and fees
FIXED INTEREST
The fixed interest rate ranges between 5.70%/year and 14.00%/year. It is determined based on several factors analyzed during the credit application: the option to have income deposited in the current account and the conclusion of a life and unemployment insurance policy, simultaneously contracting a credit card issued by the Bank with a minimum credit limit of 1,000 lei with the consumer loan, the relationship between the employer and the bank (if the bank has a salary transfer agreement with the employer), the income level, job tenure and stability, the existence of a credit history and the repayment behavior of previous loans, etc.
VARIABLE INTEREST
The variable interest rate is between 9.55% (IRCC+3.99)/year and 16.65% (IRCC+11.09)/year. It is established according to several factors analyzed in the credit application: the history of the relationship with the bank, the option to collect income in the current account, income levels, seniority and stability at work, the existence of a credit history and the repayment method of previous credits, etc. selected (credit duration, interest type, type of installments).

For customers with a monthly income exceeding RON 10,000, the fixed interest rate is reduced by 0.2 percentage points compared to the fixed interest rate specified above.

The interest rate is variable and is reviewed quarterly, on January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1, considering the IRCC value calculated by the NBR, at the end of each quarter, according to the calculation methodology regulated by GEO 19/2019 and published on the NBR website on the last working day of the quarter.
