To notify a damage related to goods optional insurance, fill in the form of goods damage notification and send it by e-mail to the address daune@garanta.ro within 24 hours since the occurrence of or awareness about the insured event.

In case you cannot fill in the form, please, send an e-mail to the address daune@garanta.ro, specifying at least:

• Name of the insured;
• Address of the insured asset/object of the policy for which the approval is given;
• A telephone number where you can be contacted.

We also invite you to use one of the following telephone numbers 021 796 25 84 or 021 796 38 13, Monday to Friday, between 08:30AM and 4:30PM.
